Jill Dalton (Writer/Performer) of three solo plays:  Lizzie Borden Live, My Life in the Trenches, Calling on God and is currently working on a full length play, Army Brat.  She Is the recipient of the Jacoby Award for best performance by an actress in Lizzie Borden Live and the Mary Jo Comedy Show Award for stand-up comedy in NYC. Television credits include: All My Children, As the World Turns, Law & Order, Criminal Intent, Another World, One Life to Live and Saturday Night Live. Her film credits include: Wall Street, Rachel Getting Married directed by Jonathan Demme and the upcoming Veronika Decides to Die.  Jill has performed her solo works at: Surf Reality, Dixon Place, Womenkind Festival, Solo Arts, Hudson Guild, The Field, New York Fringe Festival, Ensemble Studio Theatre, the Int'l Midtown Festival and at the 78th Street Theater Lab.  She also played the lead in Tina Howe's, One Shoe Off at the Northeastern Theater Ensemble and dozens of Off off Broadway plays too numerous to mention.  Prior to coming to New York she was an Artist-in-Residence with the Metropolitan Arts Council in S.C. with grants from the National Endowment for the Arts and the S.C. Arts Commission. Ms. Dalton is a member of SAG, AFTRA, AEA, the Dramatist Guild of America and is a member of the Accidental Repertory Theatre with John Strasberg.
